For those of you with no fear of heights and want to start the night high above Bangkok at one of its many rooftop bars there is no shortage. Your only question is how many stories will you go for a martini?

Bangkok’s club scene easily rivals NYC, Barcelona and Tokyo. And of the five nights I went out, each one I picked at random without knowing what to expect and none of them disappointed.

- Sing Sing Theater – this is one the most fascinating discos I have been in. It’s designed as a Chinese theater and it gives you a 360 degree view of the entire venue, add the amazing drink choices and the music this one place you can’t miss. http://singsingbangkok.com
- Ce La Vi – another spot you won’t go wrong, not as fancy as Sing Sing – but music and drinks are equal, if you love hip hop this is for you. And for those that still want to be high this one is on the 39th and 40th floor. http://celavi.com/
- Route66 – attracts a bit of a younger crowd but the music and drink are is just as good as the other two. http://www.route66club.com/
- Beam – I am not the biggest fan of techno, I don’t like it all actually but likely this had a hip-hop room down below. http://beamclub.com/

These are the five nightclubs I went to during my stay, and each night I just picked one not knowing what to expect and just added to the magic in this city, you don’t know what to expect, because Bangkok itself is magical.
